What is your MOQ?

• Our MOQ is very flexible and it depends on the requirements of the client. Please contact us for more information. 

 

What about your turnaround time?

• Our sampling lead time is 5-7 business days (not including the shipping time), and the production lead time is 25-30 days after the PP sample is approved.

 

Can you source fabrics? 

​

• Yes, we provide one-stop-shop services, saving our clients time and effort. We can also work with clients’ nominated suppliers as well. 

 

Does your factory have audits or certificates?

​

• Yes, all of our employees have fair wages, and we mandate safe working conditions and schedule fair working hours. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Does your factory source sustainable fabrics? 

​

• Yes, we have long-term relationships with multiple fabric mills, and we can source 100% Standard Certified recycled fabrics with comparatively low quantity requirements. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Where is your factory located?

​

• Our factories are located in China, and our head office is based in Ottawa, Canada. We communicate with our clients during their work hours, and we will get all the information needed at night with the assistance of our production team in China. No more staying up late communicating with vendors :).
