Follow our full swimwear production journey from scratch!
We start with original design, carefully pick chlorine-resistant stretch swim fabrics, then print unique patterns on materials. Next comes sampling, strict sample inspection until the prototype gets fully approved.
Once confirmed, we move to mass cutting and professional sewing with elastic stitching. Every finished piece goes through thorough mass quality inspection to eliminate defects. After neat packaging, goods are ready for shipment and global sales.
